"HNHT" innovative technology to achieve "efficient AR glass" performance breakthrough

As the preferred material for touch screen cover glass at present, high-alumina silicate glass is widely used in the processing of electronic product screens, but its surface has a high reflectivity, which often causes "glare attack", which is commonly referred to as "light pollution".In order to reduce "light pollution" and improve eye moistening and visibility, the scientific research team of “HNHT” developed a "two-step etching method" to prepare "efficient AR glass" using high-alumina glass through innovative development and series of key problems.The special composite solution developed was used for chemical etching on the surface of the pretreated glass. Nano - and micron etching pits were uniformly formed on the surface of the glass through fine control, so as to generate diffuse reflection of the incident light and achieve the effect of reducing the reflectivity and improving the transmittance.

At present, the average transmittance of the "efficient AR glass" sample has reached 95.95%, which is 4.5% higher than the original substrate. The haze is 0.90%, the glossiness is 99.8 Gs, the pencil hardness is 9H and there is no scratch. The glass composition has basically no change before and after etching, and the optical properties have been effectively improved.

Compared with other glass surface coating anti-reflection technologies, the "two-step etching method" of “HNHT” is the body anti-reflection technology, which has the characteristics of firm etching layer, high hardness, good durability and low cost. The prepared "high efficiency AR glass" can be used in electronic display, window and other fields, especially in the display cover and touch screen of electronic products. It has the advantages of anti-reflection and anti-reflection, reducing the distortion of information display, anti-glare, moistening the eyes and indirectly extending the battery life of electronic products.
